Can I have AOL as my browser and turn off the aol mail and use Incredimail for my mail.
How do I do it?

You ought to be able to use Incredimail by configuring it to access AOL via IMAP/SMTP. There's a good FAQ at http://members.aol.com/adamkb/aol/mailfaq/imap/ . It doesn't cover Incredimail directly, but the concepts it covers should apply directly to that mail client.
