i just started back at school and i feel completly different then i did before the summer. i get anxious about chatting with people because its been so long since ive seen some of them. I think if i feel akward it will make the whole atmosphere a lot worse and it might be like this for a while. how can i bring my self estam up to be confident to chat to people one on one or in a group?
What has happened between the end of school last year and now that would make you feel so anxious? Just start school as if there as no summer break. You have nothing to be worried about. Just put out a good energy and you will get good energy back. And surround yourself by your friends and the people that you hung around with last year.
