I think people should not often use the plastic bags and throw them everywhere because the bags cannot be desolved and will become the "white pollution".  Also we should not use the private cars, instead take the public transport, such as buses, sky train and subways.

we need to shut down every volcano on the planet,and stop the let it burn policy on lightining struck fires..then take mr.al gore to the woodshed for trying to start a panic amoung the unwashed.its over when God sez it is.  try to get a life.thanks for asking..

Lower the speed limit without changing the signs ie advertise everywhere that all speed limits will be enforced precisely rather than the 10% over allowance.

This will lower the price of gas, stimulate the economy, and reduce greenhouse gases!!

Prevent air pollution.

I agree with Stephen the most abused energy waster seems to be cars I'm reading about solar cars and even though it will be a couple years it seems to me a better focus than these hybrids wich still require some gasoline and huge batteries that could potentialy leak acids into the eco system.
