What I do support, in fact, is the 'immigrants' who enter the USA using and respecting the "in place laws" that exist already
....and the use of the word "racial"(which I take you to mean someone who may look like they are Mexican or from the Middle East) really is silly given the fact I am personally friends with "immigrants" who are as "white as snow" with red hair who came to the USA from Canada ..."LEGALLY" and are now American Citizens...
.AND....I have friends from Mexico who did come here "LEGALLY" and are in the process of becoming American Citizens....and I can assure you...they are 100% against giving the people who "broke the in place laws" and came here "ILLEGALLY" any kind of a pass ...and...believe the people,from any country,who broke our laws should be deported...immediately.
They also believe that if they are stopped because of what you call "Profile"...they will have nothing to fear and it is a small price to pay for the life they are "legally" working to achieve by becoming American Citizens....and "yes" up to a point they are being "checked out" because their looks are the looks of many of the "illegal aliens"....(just a fact.)..and they believe "when" and "if" the "illegal alien" issue is ever taken care of the lives of ALL American Citizens will be much better.These friends "value" what America is and what it has stood for for oh so many years and that is why they left the country of their birth to come here..."LEGALLY".
As for the term that is thrown around..."Racial Profile" when it comes to any person...let me just say....IF a five foot little old lady with brown hair wearing pink shoes robbed a bank...got away with the cash...and then continued to go to other banks in town and out of town and kept getting away with the money......I am "confident" that there would be a bulletin sent out.....a "Profile" of that person and banks would be alerted......just a fact and a well justified fact....it just so happens that the majority of "illegal aliens" do come from select countries...and that is not to say others don't come from other 'more whitie' looking countries.....
My solution is so simple.....DON'T come here "illegally" ....and if you are stopped because you Look like a certain profile....and you are LEGAL you have nothing to fear...and it just means your new country is doing its job and protecting you(the legal immigrant) from those who disrespect the laws of the country you have now chosen to call your own.
The home of the free and the brave.....oh, those friends of mine are the ones who suggested that as part of becoming an American Citizen,the "legal immigrants" should have to do some sort of "service" for the country as part of the process.....something like the Peace Core of years ago....or serve in the military.....they believe it should be difficult to become an American Citizen....so that those who don't and won't serve their newly chosen country should not become citizens....as they say....the door to America is not just "left open" for anyone to enter...it is a door that should be locked...and only open to those willing to "prove"(their word,not mine) they are here 100%. They realize it is not a "right" to just 'come here'...anymore then it is a right to get a drivers license..(there is a test)..either pass it,"prove" you can drive...or...you don't get the license.....now, as you know NOT having a license will not stop people from driving....but...what they are doing is "ILLEGAL".Each and every day of our lives there are things in place that "profile" people for different things....go to a branch bank,where the teller doesn't recognize you and try to cash a check....you just can't "say" "well,of course I am me...it is my account"....they will DEMAND proof...and want to see an ID......and....I personally will gladly show mine,because I know ...I am me...I am the legal holder of that account.....and by them demanding ID they can and will stop someone who is doing something "illegal" by trying to steal from my account......there is a price to pay in life for everything....whomever we are...no matter what color we are....
Bottom line is ....."illegal aliens" are criminals just as someone who tries to steal from my account.....I do understand "why" people from all over the world want to come and become American citizens...and....those who respect our laws are welcome...any and all who don't respect our laws and come here "illegally" must be deported just because they spit in the face of all that makes America the country it is....we are a land of laws....I have heard the horrid stories from my friends of what goes on in their home country and why they chose to come here and leave their homeland....leaving everything behind...it for some was easy for others it was not....but they did it "LEGALLY" and that is to be admired just as the ones who come "illegally" are to be rejected and sent back...to where ever it is they came from....
Just think about when a crime is committed...the Media gives the details of what the criminal "looked like"...a "profile"......and...of course the police and the community are "on the look out" for anyone who fits that "look"...just a fact....
The opposite of "legal" is "illegal".....pure and simple....if there is ever a mass of ....fat bald men wearing glasses crossing our borders...that "profile" will be sent out...
IT is the "illegal alien" who has created problems for the "legal immigrants"...not the law enforcement of the USA.....if "illegal aliens" did not come "illegally" there would be no problems for the "legal immigrants".....so blame the "criminals"....not the men and women trying to enforce our laws.....
