ID Theft IDM LLC - I would like to know who these ...

ID Theft IDM LLC - I would like to know who these people are.  My bank account was charged $28.95 for services I never ordered. I called my bank to find more info and I was told the chg came from ID THEFT IDMLLC with a phone number 1-800-741=0372. Upon calling this number I get a voice mail recording saying "you've got voice mail, please dial destination number, or press # to access personal options". Obviously I couldn't dial a destination number I don't have. So I pressed # and the voice kept saying "personal options", and that's it.  Usually these recordings tell you (if you wish to speak to a live representative, press 0 or something.  This recording says nothing else.  So now how do I go about tracing these people? I went on the internet & search engines and came up with a list of ID Theft IDMLLC services.  This is outragious.  Which service processed this debit to my account and how did they do it?  It looks like ID Theft are the thieves themselves.  How can I resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again?
