If you need to take something for pain/inflamation ecotrin is good since it is enteric coated. I am more concerned at the fact that BuSpar and Xanax are both being taken- on top of Celexa. Please be sure the MD perscribing the Ultram knows about the IBS (Ultram should not be taken with certain GI disorders). Hope this helped.
