Have your daughter contact the law enforcement agency and simply ask .  They should be willing to tell her if it exists or not.  You might be able to do it for her as her mother but might not get the results that she likely would with the right attitude.  Another option , if you know an officer in that jurisdiction you could get him to check for you.

As a correctional officer in my state, the public has the right to know.  This information is open to the public.  Each states has it's own public information syste,.  If she has trouble with the county, you can look up the county jail where your daughter lives and put in her name and if she is in the system, it will show active and pending charges.  And you can call and ask the jail facility or the megistrate and they will also give you that information.  Even better, call the local police in the state and county she lives in and they can put up the information for you if there are any pending charges
