How do I know if humidor is seasoned

have new humidor, followed directions to season, put the humidifier in box, with the cup of solution, hygrometer does not seem to move after 12 hours and Idon't know if the box has taken any humidity? brand new to this and don't really know how to tell if the humidor is seasoned or not.

The humidor should be seasoned if you placed the distilled water cup into the humidor and closed the lid for about 12 to 24 hours. All you want is for the cedar to suck up the water so that it stabilizes. Once you place cigars in the humidor the humidity will drop slightly but will then stabilize again after the cigars suck up the required humidity.
