is huffing helium considered doing drugs? why? can it kill you?

Hi,
It acts like a drug because it gives you a high feeling. That feeling is not your brain reacting to chemicals like a drug would o. That high feeling is your brain being suffocated. People don't realize but it make only take one time for a person to dye from huffing. That doesn't mean if yo tried it an you didn't dye then it's not gonna happen. It can hapen at anytime. I'm not sure if it is the same with helium but if you huff whip cream or air freshners you will put holes in your brain.
I don't think that is could be called a drug. What I know for sure is that gives you a state of mind, it makes you feel better. If so, you can go after that to a drug rehab in california.
