Ask Judge Judy!  Seriously take them to court and sue.  You tried to work with them and they  did not follow thru.  Sounds to me like all sales are final after 10 days is their policy.  As you need to hire someone to install product you do not even know if it works in that length of time.  For all you know the product could be defective.  I agree you should have sent it back.   Better yet, READ THE FINE PRINT and be sure you can live with it before making purchase.
