Tankless water heater is also called demand water heater. It only provides hot water as it is needed. It is different from traditional tank water heater that produces standby energy losses. Tankless water heater is almost available at any location, customized already that accommodate the voltage of power source in your country..

Yes, they are suitable for Residential use, a bit more Expensive, then conventionals, but in the long run probably the best for conserving energy...
