Is my horse pregnant

We have a new 9 yr. old pony at my house who,  despite efforts to slim her down, seems to be getting bigger. This morning we discoved that there is alot of thick yellow fluid easily expressed from her teats. I know mares in heat can do this. This pony , as far as we know has never foaled. One other thing is that she is urinating small amounts, frequently that trickles down her legs and her tail. She is also urinating normally, just not a whole lot at a time. Any thoughts? Thanks
