How high do I have to go with a wood burning flue pipe past my roof line?
Some where in Arkansas.
Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.
It should extend above the highest ridge line. I do not know codes for many states. but you may have one.

Would that be the edge of the roof line or is that the highest part of the peak of the roof? (so if it was to look like a upside down V, would it be the bottom of the V or the peak at the highest point?)
It would be the point on the inverted V.
