You need to sit down and discuss this thing that bothers you with your husband. Be honest with him and just tell him your concerns. Do you think he loves someone else/ You can also ask him that.
You need to go and see a marriage counselor to resolve this problem.
I am in the same situation. I recently made up my mind to let go of the relationship. Sometime you have to pull back to see if he really cares. Take into consideration if he is cheating on both ends nobody wins. If you do end up with him. What makes you think he will be honest with you.

You said in your post that you know he is with someone else, I think you really need to discuss what is going on with him. Kissing is very important in a relationship, it is to me anyway. I know that men would say sex , but kissing can be so passionate. Be careful because you are still sleeping with him, and you know he is with someone else.
