Well, since this is happenning with different brands of honey, different bottle type and differend lid/cap types and in apartments that I've had in both CA, NY and outside the country, I don't think that this is a supernatural case with this particular honey...

It takes about 2 days to a week to happen. I just got a clue from someone in the past week... This happens much faster on hotter, dryer days. I guess this means that temperature and pressure differential has something to do with this.

This by the way, never happens with raw honey. Only with the standard pesturized type.
