A:

Dilute bleach is quite effective.  Of course, there are some spots on the body that I consider sacrosanct and would not use this.  T. versicolor is a fungus separate from ringworm. It responds well to  Head and Shoulders.   Be sure and get the generic.  Leave it on over night and wash it off in the morning. Remember that skin takes longer to head than if does for fungus to die. I am a bit perplexed to see how OTC pharmaceuticals, which once were by prescription only,    qualify as home remedies.
