Renew to make shutters look new
If they are wood scrape off peeling paint then prime, finally add a couple of coats of high gloss exterior paint. Stay away from oil they are supposedly doing away with it.
Plastic you can prime then paint. Make sure you clean both types well before any painting is done. http://www.i80equipment.com
