has anyone prepped & stained inside concrete floor, living room, kitchen, bath???

My downstairs neighbor did it, it was a pretty long process and required a lot of tools. The chemicals he was using stunk up the whole building for a week.

personally,  I would live that one for a professional.

I thought about this, but gave up the idea for the time being.

The concrete has to be completely level (and it usually isn't), so you first have to sand it perfectly. This in itself is a very dusty task, so it's better to get everybody out of the house before starting, and cover everything. Also you might have to hire (or buy) the machine.

It then has to be completely clean.

make sure you choose the right color for whatever purpose you have in mind. A bathroom should be painted in a color that can stand high levels of humidity, and it shouldn't be too slippery either.

BTW, I think it's a great look, I just didn't get around to it yet.
