Ask Eric Stromer a question here. My water faucet in the bathroom leaks but we can't find the right valve. We called the company and they sent us the wrong one. We sent it back and they said it was to old of a model. We have lived here for twelve years and replaced it about the third year we are here. How old it's it that they stop making the parts?
I had the same problem finding parts for a bathroom faucet. It was a very decorative one with a second one beside it. Replacing it would be costly. I went out on the web and found a site, "www. plumbingpartsdepot.com " that helped me identify the part and also had parts for it. God bless the WEB. I'm sure it saved me many hundreds of dollars.
You may have only a leaky gasket or o-ring. If you do not know how to replace o-rings and/or gaskets, call a plumber.
