why don't you wear safety goggles when using an orbital sander? be careful eric, one of those loose pieces of flaking paint could whack your eye, and then you might have to find a new line of work. maybe a pirate or something.

by the way, next time you prep a window, try a heat gun, use a hyde 3 guage scraper, then the orbital sander.  much nicer finish if you have the time.

Glad you bring up the point about safety glasses. No excuse not to wear them.
