Eric, First I love to read your home improvements, etc. but am no longer able to access any story you have because your site keeps saying download plug-in which I have not been able to do (brand new notebook computer, very bad foreign tech help at HP, etc. Is there any chance that your people could put the news story on the site also and not just the live video? I will miss the video but I would sure like to read today's story about clogged drains. Or is there a way to have these tips sent to an email address in text?  Thanks, Kathy        z34km@aol.com
