I got a fiberglass cleaner from a Boat Supply place, it was less than $20.00 and really did a great job cleaning it. I can't think of the name of it but it is a mild acid (you don't need gloves) I also use it in dishwashers that were stained and ran the cycle, when finished it looked like new.
