Change in watering.  It may have been dry and hot, then lots of rain.  This causes the tomatoes to grow at a faster rate, which causes them to split.  Inconsistant watering is also a problem

Thanks very much, I've been watering once per week, about an inch of water, I thought that was good, I guess it's too much
