I have an all in one shower faucet where you turn ...

I have an all in one shower faucet where you turn the handle between hot and cold to get the right temperature. Today I had to set it all the way to hot and run the water for 5 minutes before it got barely warm. I checked the temperature of the water coming out of the water heater and it's 120 degrees.

Help! What can I do besides call a plumber?

I don't know if your water heater is correct. There's no way that the water could have been 120 degrees if you had to put in all the way to hot. Unfortunately I think you are going to have to call a plumber. I'm sorry .
