Drywall is a great way.This book helped a lot: Drywall: Professional Techniques for Walls & Ceilings !  Hanging drywall does not require a lot of technical skill. Drywall is commonly available in 4x8 and 4x12 sheets with common thickness being 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8”. 5/8” is recommended for hanging drywall on the ceiling. Mark the locations of ceiling joists on the wall studs for reference when fastening the drywall. After hanging a couple of boards, you’ll be able to quicken the pace. When hanging drywall on the ceiling. It is recommended to use a drywall hanger for easy placement of the drywall. You can also use the help of a second person. Start in a corner area where you can use full sheets and hang the drywall across the ceiling joists.Don’t force drywall into a tight area. Always install ceiling drywall first before installing the walls.
