Fraud and scam

Not only does the product not work, the shipping charges are HIGH ($17.90 for the two small boxes). Tried using Riddex in garages after Hurricane Ike. Anything that ran in for shelter was not bothered by this product. I think the roaches prefer it to the good old fashioned roach spray. Maybe...

I bought this at bedroom bath and beyond for 19.99... thank God I didn't pay what most of you paid... I'd be a lot more pissed than you all. Anyways... had this "running" for about a month now and all I see is a buch of droppings from mice all around this damn thing...more...
this product is useless.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I CONTACTED THE 8OO # FOR RIDDEX AND MY ORDER WAS TAKEN BY THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM. AFTER THE SYSTEM GOT MY CARD INFORMATION, I WAS BARRAGED WITH A SERIES OF OFFERS THAT WENT ON FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES. EACH TIME I TRIED TO DECLINE THE SYSTEM KEPT GOING ON ABOUT THE BENEFIT OF THE PRODUCTS BEING OFFERED.
I WAS NEVER GIVEN A TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT THAT WOULD BE CHARGED TO MY CARD. AND AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION IN THEIR SYSTEM. THIS IS A VERY FRADULENT COMPANY. THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT JUST BECAUSE A COMPANY ADVERTISES ON TV THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEM LEGITIMATE. THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE STOPPED.

Need corporate numbers. Purchased 2 riddex and now i am seeing mice. Called the customer service first you speak to people that have a very very heavy accent. then they do not have any infirmation.The rep stated that my neighbor may have had one and it csamr over to my house and that the riddex system takes 7 day ti get rid of it. i told them that i should have never got it because i have had the riddex systems pluged up for 3 month.. please help me.
