I have a new home with skylights in these sizes ...

I have a new home with skylights in these sizes: Bathroom 5' x 5' / Hall 3' x 4' Familyroom 3' x 4'. All rooms have cathedral ceilings. What can I use to cover [ at the ceiling level ] these openings to conserve heat and air condition ?

hi jim, i'm not a real fix it kind of woman, but i have a small sky light in one of my bdrms, and i took out the screen and put in a piece of styrofoam. it blocked out the light and heat, or cold.i found a perfect piece from a tele. i just bought,and it was free.i have a piece of draped material up there so it looks nice.
