I purchased a pair of Jackel Anarchy Black Stripe ...

I purchased a pair of Jackel Anarchy Black Stripe sunglasses on vacation June of 08. They have a factory defect and I would like to return to the factory for repair or replace. The only problem is I can't find a site on the net. The store where I purchased will not take them back by mail due to the fact that the defect is by nature is the manufacturers fault. I don't want to be a tourist getting ripped off. Can you please help.
