First of all, each country has a labor code that specifies the minimum number of holidays given to employees each year. Some companies follow these guidelines to the letter but there are some who are also extremely generous with holidays. In general, I think most holidays range from 15 working days for VLs and another 15 for sick leaves. But as I said, it varies from country to country.
