CCNY has instructions on how to get your high school transcript. Either you can contact your high school or other offices, depending on your situation.
If the schools still exist, the records still exist.Write to the scool registrar, asking for the copy/copies you need. There is usually a fee per copy. Also, you may be able to do this on-line, depending on the college, if you don't mind using your credit card on-line. In any case, you can use the scool's website to obtain their mailing address.
