I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.
This web site lists various causes of chapped lips. High blood pressure is not listed. However the blood pressure medication, propranolol commonly known as Inderal, may cause chapped lips as a side effect.
