I'm STILL waiting for Gilad Shalit to come home!!

Go Israel!

I would personally hang up a very large Israeli flag or call a professional. Smile

Because someof the walipaper came off, some did not and somecame off withthe paster, it caused the surface to be uneven. I filled the deepest of spaces with compound, let it dry sanded-then primed the whole thing with drywall primer for mostiure, then thinned out joint compund, a little thicker than paint and with ashort nap roller, rolled over the primer. it caused a slight pattern and you may have to do it twice, knock down the high spots with a sanding block. prime then paint. it covers seems if you painting over wallpaper, and any imperfections. Remember to prime the wall before using compound or you will have a bigger mess. Works great. If you don't want to roll it and would want a differet affect try sponges, putty knives, or what every you want, but do a few thin coats. Good Luck  If this doesn't work for you, put strips of duck tape everyplace and call it art!!!
