Its neither.  You dont love either one of them yet.  You are attracted to the feeling of being noticed by two guys, and its a good feeling.  Being in love with the idea of love, not with the guy.  If you get to know them better, start talking, flirting, playing, together, you will know who you are attracted to, because the love game is more than just looks, there is chemistry, and common interests, likes, dislikes, personality, honesty, trust etc... all that comes into play.
