Is it normal to have a stomach ache and diarrhea after taking fiber and herbal cleanse
Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.
Fiber definitely cleans out your system. Did you overdo it by eating fiber and using an herbal cleanser, probably. If the stomach pain and diarrhea don't go away in another day or so, make an appointment to see a doctor.
