Can a hepatitis- B healthy carrier get a visa in any countries since no health problems??

Can I get a work visa in europian/american countries if iam hepatitis B healthy carrier.?but i have no clinical problems since it is genetically transmitted.even my father also a healthy carrier he never had any clinical symptoms rather he is healthy but blood test shows positive for hepatitis B.So is it possible for me to get a visa in any country to work?if so please tell which countries?
