Yes hemorrhoids can occurs due to digestive problem.

Actually hemorrhoids are caused by excessive strain on the veins of the anorectal area. Increased straining from constipation or diarrhea are common causes of hemorrhoids and common causes of constipation are a low-fiber diet, insufficient water, too much lactic acid from dairy products, or a vitamin E deficiency.

Yes, it can be in relation to constipation. To reduce this issue you should eat fiber rich foods such as prunes, oats, and nuts, and drink plenty of water.

Also avoid bad processed foods and you should be off to feeling healthy soon.

What are the causes of hemorrhoids?

Diet:

The kinds of food that we consume may have contributing factors: A case study on the different cultures revealed that a diet that is rich in fiber reduces Hemorrhoids. The western style diet is rich in refined flour, sugar, animal proteins and fiber depleted carbohydrates. Asian or African diets include natural grains, plant fibers and roughage.

It shows the foods that lack fiber create stools that are harder to pass.

One of the reasons for fiber deplement is that once a society has become more affluent, the processing of the food changes and is geared more to convenience and profits from the manufacturers. The processing makes the food easier to chew and swallow.it also requires less digestive gastric juices to process the food thus making more room for more food.

Whenever possible try to include a fiber rich diet in the foods that you consume. A good guide would be the recommendations that appear on the food triangle which is easily available on the internet.
