was sexually harrassed by my boss, and when I wouldn't return his sexual passes towards me he fired me. How can I find out if he has ever had another co-worker file such a claim against him?
Don't worry about others, just file your own claim. If he tried this with others has nothing to do with what he did to you. It only takes one time.
