"Be strong in nature;  Gentle in deed."

Hi there.  I personally have never heard of a toothache leading to premature labor, but I have heard of them leading to serious and dangerous infections.  Since you are pregnant, you must see a dentist immediately.  Simply taking pain relievers will not take care of the source of the toothache of which the most common causes are either infection or an exposed nerve.  If infected, the dentist will usually treat you with antibiotics before doing whatever dental work is required to remove or repair the tooth.  Your case sounds severe as you say the pain goes into your jaw and your head, you should seek treatment at once.  Trust me you will be much better off and also I would be concerned about taking too many pain relievers while pregnant.

Best of luck to you dear.
