if i had a way to make electricity without oil base fuels would any one lessen? would it be of value to anyone, just spend some time to see the math works. "O" well, my "?" is how do someone who can not do the paper work that is wanted has no money get a great idea out to the world? i would say the world has not lessen to good ideas of the 1000 years. but if you can or would like to help or just talk give me an email data3com@msn.com.

You could create a blog and just put your idea out there. You could tell us the idea here and see if anyone thinks it is a good idea, or will tell you why it isn't a good idea.
With out knowing what the idea is, I would go as far as saying that it has already atleast been considered somewhere in the world, if not used. In NZ only a very small fraction of our electricity is generated by fossil fuels.
there are plenty of ways to produce electricity without oil.
Nuclear energy, solar cells, hydroelectric power station, wind generator etc.
I don't know what is your idea but I would like to remind you that it has to be cost efficient (the main draw back of solar cells is in that point) and it need to be less polluting that oil (again with the solar cells whose production is highly polluting due to silicon refining).
But please, open some sort of a blog so we can see your idea (and maybe someone with the enough money can invest in the idea).

Unrewarded genius is a proverb. It would indeed be very ingenious of you to devise an oil-free way to generate electricity in an oil-based world economy. You would become an instant trillionaire. The first thing to do is to protect your idea by putting it in some tangible and concrete form, such a patent, trade mark and/or copyright to prevent shisters from abscounding with it. Once that is done, see help through traditional avenues.
His work can only be protected by patent. The issue is that a global patent cost a respectable amount of money and local patent doesn't really protect your work. Also, the patent is as good as your lawyer.
To make a profit out of your idea you'll have to make electricity which will cost you less then the price of electricity today.
Nuclear energy is clean, safe, efficient and cheap! Only the Luddites in Congress are starving us from building new power plants as soon as possible!
nitrogen gas has much power. striling engine a good example but more power is needed to turn an generator. i have come up with a way to use nitrogen gas with much more HP. i dont know how much you know about striling engines or different types of engines. what can i say i will not tall anyone how to build this engine i would be losing this to others and i would miss the fun of building it...
I've read a litle bit about stirling engine (very litle) and as far as I could tell, you still nead to intput energy in some way.
So please explain (if not to us at list to your self) how do you remove the oil and remain in a cost efficient energy source
