Can anyone help with my joint pain?

I have been living with constant pain in my back, leg and knee for months now. I've had the back pain and intemittent leg and knee pain for 6 years and I've been seeing a chiropractor for a year but now the pain never stops. Both my knees crack when i straighten them but the right one hurts all the time. I'm a couple of stone overweight as i was told to stop exercising two years ago ( I didn't do tons before but this has led to weight gain). But no doctor has ever mentioned the weight as a factor in my pain. I tried Yoga but it made my back worse. The pain is really interfering with my life and no one seems to take it seriously or suggest ways to help, I can't even take painkillers if I have anything to do because they affect me so strongly. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.

I have been suffering from chronic pain in my arm joint. I think when you feel that the conventional medicine has failed you its time to try something else. I tried acupuncture which really helped.I also may recommend Osteopathy.

Asborbine Jr Horse Liniment .  It may sound crazy .  However I know some that swear by it and have used it for years .  Even  some serious arthritis suffers .  It is safe for human's and has a cool mint smell .

How about going to an actual doctor who treats joint pain, i.e. a rheumatologist? You probably have osteoarthritis ("wear-and-tear" arthritis) in some areas, but you may also have rheumatoid arthritis, which is an autoimmune disorder.

Also, the joints that seem to be hurting the most may not be the ones where the trouble really is - you'd be surprised at how weird referred pain can be. I thought I had arthritis in my knees, and in fact had been told that by other doctors since I was in high school (around age 13). When I finally saw a rheumatologist in my 30s, x-rays showed that the deterioration was actually in my hips, which was causing pain and even some swelling in my knees.

Good luck!
