I have been very up and down in my moods lately and feel like some days I hardly have the energy to get out of bed in the morning? What can I do for myself to help with my depression and improve my mood?

Hi Jassygr, The 2 posters before me only want your money. Don't waste your time or money with them. You need to see a good psychiatrist to get a proper diagnosis. You could have major depression. If you have highs and lows, you could be bi-polar. The doctor may recommend counselling for you. A counsellor can help you deal with all kinds of emotions, and help you work through them. Please make an appointmnet today. Don't go on suffering any longer.
