If you can, try to take this one day at a time. One step at a time. One moment at a time. Try not to "run down the road" with the relationship or the relationship process. I know it is easier said then done, but to stop some of the anxiety, you need to get in touch with your own feelings and try to understand them and where they are coming from. From there, you can focus on relaxation exercises, getting to know the other person, (without getting to involved or overwelmed) in the process. Also, in the doing of this, you will ultimately learn to take life one day at a time and see where things go -- calmly. If it is meant to be, it will be. If not, that is OK too -- but over time, you will become more relaxed and will enjoy yourself and life better. You don't have to know the outcome of every situation right away, you don't have to fall in love in two minutes, two months, or two years, even, because if it is meant to be it will happen.
