How do i help a burned scalp from hair color

i went to Hair Cuttery to get my hair dyed a honey carmel brown and it came out black. So i ask her if we can start over and she said sure. so she put a decoloriser in it and it burned my scalp to the point i cant touch it, my hair is so burned she said it may be a few weeks before we cant dye it again. this is the first time this has happened to me and i have no clue what to do, i tried milk and that helped for about 20 mins. but i'm wondering if there are anyways to stop the burning or to soothe it for a while or just to help it heal.  PLEASE HELP!

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

A settlement from small claims court should help.

I would speak to the manager and tell her in a nice fashion that you expect to be compensated for the injuries that you received. Reject all offers of products and services. Decide on a cash value before you enter the shop. If the manager will not meet your figure, then go to court.

I don't know much about oatmeal poultices and I am rather sure that I would not want to put one on my head, but it might help.

Try cocoa butter or oil sheen on your hair. Both of these soothe irritated skin/ scalp and provide you with some relief. It could mean that your scalp had a serious allergic reaction to the decolorizer. Keep your hair at its natural color.

i go to the hair cuttery (i mean i did), don't wash it for a while, your body will heal itself, washing will keep your hair/scalp from conditioning itself.  try triple antibiotic cream or neosporin, not anything heavy that may seal your natural oils out
