My question is about Nero 7.5 i purchased nero 7.5 on24-10-06 nero knocked it of said it was a pirate number yet they supplied my number over m email adress i asked for help on this but have ignored my request VERY UNHAPPY MAN
I think you're asking this question in the wrong place, this is not the Nero customer support, this is FileRatings.com's Q&A. I would try calling or emailing their costumer support again.
When u legally purchased their stuff, its their responsibility to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
