MMORPG player

A:

Well, I can't provide any advice regarding how to get someone off of WoW. I would only be able to explain why playing is a better and cheaper form of entertainment. I would however strongly suggest against purchasing in game gold from any of the websites. Doing that will always be a complete waste of real money. I know people who have done it and had their accounts completely banned for life. They not only lost the real money they spent they lost all the time they put into their WoW accounts too.

Playing the game without paying real money for in game gold is a much, much cheaper form of entertainment then going to the movies even twice a month. So I guess you just have to weigh it out in your own mind. For me I'd much rather spend $12.99 for an entire month of entertainment versus seeing two movies that total maybe 3 hours of entertainment for $18.00, and if you want something to munch on during the movie it's another 5-8 dollars too. So it might be a matter of dollars and cents and not an addiction.

I've been playing MMORPG's for years but it's not because I am addicted to them I just like having the extra money for times when I need it. As long as you never start wasting real money to buy in game money it's a very cheap form of entertainment. I've saved thousands of dollars over the years that I have been playing MMORPG's. I used to go to the movies all the time costing nearly hundreds of dollars a month, now I just have a good time playing games online and enjoy the saved money.
