How to heat a boat cabin with your 4 stroke outboard motor

I have a 25' Bayliner Trophy with twin 200 four stroke outboards.  Is it possible to get heat into my cabin from the hot water discharge from the engines through some type of heater core assembly?

Thank you for any assistance!

Scott
