Has anyone heard about toxins in laticrete/hydroment tiling products and dental bonding?

HI, can anyone help?  I am chemically sensitive and will be tiling my bedroom floor.  Is hydroment grout and thin set 317 the best choice for this project in regard to "low chemical" materials?  The tile setter says laticrete is better than the thinset 317, but someone at the tile store said that laticrete has more chemicals than the thinset 317.  What's the truth of this?  Also, I've heard that plastic/resins can cause problems for the chemically sensitive, and plastic/resin is the material in dental bonding.  Has anyone ever heard of a sensitivity to bonding material in the mouth?  Are porcelain veneers a better choice?  Thank you so much!

Kate
