No, they don't have all your info, but it is a scam. They will ask you to buy software to clean and protect your computer, and when you do, they charge your CC once for bogus software and then again for some other fee totalling DOUBLE what it says it's going to charge. I trusted it and ordered the software and my CC card company called me the next day to let me know of the charges and that I needed to call the "company" to get them removed. I also put a block on the CC from this company. Just close any window and do not respond to it. If you have virus protection on your computer purchased from a reliable vendor, then you are protected as long as you keep your subscription current, but do not buy online.

Just keep clicking on NO or CLOSE and if that doesn't work, try holding the power button down for six seconds, which will power off the computer.  Wait 15 seconds and turn the pc back on.  That should do it.

Antivirus software does not always protect you from these intrusions and scams.  Download the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from www.malwarebytes.org and run it to clean your PC.

Its a fake antivirus program that will entice you to buy the full version. Remove it with System Security virus remover.

This program comes in many variants. Antivirus 2008, Antivirus 2009, Total Security, ect. The best thing to do if it initially pops up is start Task Manager "ctrl+alt+del" find the "Applications" tab and end the Internet Explorer Window that it popped up. If you click anything else, then you have installed it. These variants are able to bypass the antivirus software, probably because they are malware and not viruses. This program installs numerous malware programs onto your system, making it very difficult to remove. Like the posting above stated, this is not a legit company, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! I run into this problem all the time at my job I work at a college, and have chosen to just backup all the files and do a system restore. Now I have been successful running a couple of programs called "Superantispyware" which is free and another called "Prevx" which will cost $29.99   but this solution will be a little time consuming, and I don't have time to run these programs at my job because I usually have a line of students at my door.

System Security is a fake spyware remover tool and a clone of Winweb Security. Application present itself as a reliable spyware remover, but in fact it is rogue application that may come to computer via fake video codec installation.

Remove System Security is a simple tool which allows users to unistall fake system security suites from their computers
