I have never received my refund to my master card for merchandise returned the latter part of September, 2008. My customer number is 366849017, Mrs. Genevieve Kelley. I have called three times and was told it would be taken care of, but upon receiving my bank statement, I find no refund from you. wHAT is the problem with the people I have talked to. They assured me it would be taken care of and now it's another month later. Please help me or I will have to turn it over to my attorney. The balance due me after returning the merchandise is $91.94. Your charge for shipping appeared on my bank statement two months ago so I know you received the returned merchandise.
