I hear a strange noise when I breathe

I usually study with earplugs (my roommate is rather noise) so I hear my self breathe very well. Recently it seems like my breathing is making a strange sound like air is escaping or something.

Should I go and check this?

Don't rush to the doctor. When using earplugs all external noises diminish and internal noises (from within the body) seem to increase. You can learn it from

one fan of meditation.

You will always hear strange sounds when wearing ear plugs because external sounds are attenated and you become aware of internal sounds. A solution better than ear plugs would be recordings of soft music.

You please take taped hot (bearable)water with rock salt and do rins, gargles of throat, and also suck water into nostles, when you go to bed, and at wakeup, regularly for a month. I am assure that, your problem will be remove.
